This is another teaser from my forthcoming novella “All’s Fair in Love and War,” coming May 11th from Evernight Publishing. Shelby and her supervisor, Colin, have a rather volatile relationship, so when they do come together, there are usually fireworks of some sort:

Using the wall for leverage, he hitched up her dress.

“You make me so crazy,” he murmured before taking her mouth again. His tongue found hers and led its own mating dance.

“You, too.” She lowered his zipper. Found the top of his briefs and slipped her hand inside.
